The Vestry is the congregationally elected fiduciary body of the church; responsible for day to day operations, money, and legal supervision. The 9-member board takes its name from the vestry, a room where clergy changed into their vestments, early used as a meeting room in English churches. Vestry members may be men or women, must be church members, and living in accordance with the scriptural requirements for Elders (1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9). If you have prayerfully considered serving on the Vestry, please contact the Sr. Warden or the Rector.
