As part of the Anglican Communion, Holy Trinity Hudson is a new church in an old tradition. The Anglican Communion dates to the 16th century and is made up of over 77 million believers around the world, with the largest concentrations in African nations like Nigeria and Kenya. Holy Trinity is a new congregation of the Anglican province of Rwanda in Africa through their mission outreach to America, The Anglican Mission in the Americas (AMiA).

We have been planted here to stand for the authority of scripture, and to take the Gospel of Jesus to this country through outreach to the hurting, evangelism to the lost, and by planting other orthodox churches in the authority of Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit.

Although we are an Anglican church, our members come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Seeking to find a place where they can worship God and grow in the faith, people from many different Christian backgrounds (Episcopal, Catholic, Methodist, Baptist, Presbyterian, Congregational, and more) have come to be part of this exciting work of God.

But, we are more than a place where such Christians can find hope and purpose. Having found a church in which to worship and grow, we wish to bring this excitement to others by sharing the good news of Jesus with those around us.

So, you see that we take our mission seriously. But, it does require a good deal of work from our membership as we strive to grow, learn, and begin new works. Of course, this kind of effort is joyous, contagious, and exhausting - and it can only be accomplished through the renewing of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

Our mission is summed up in these words: Holy Trinity Anglican Church exists to glorify God by proclaiming the Gospel and sending his people to love and minister to those he came to save.

We have been given the opportunity to make a real difference in this land through the reconciliation of our neighbors and friends with God through his Son and our Savior Jesus Christ. Therefore, we will, especially in these trying times, carry the Gospel message before us. We invite you to walk and worship with us.
